How to report PDUs

PDUs must be reported by each PMP member on the www.pmi.org website. (Note: In prior years; each chapter meeting was listed as a separate event. This has changed. Now, a member enters the event attended by using the PMI PDU Self Report Form. Additional instructions are below or you can view this PDF for instructions with screen shots.)

Please use the following information to help file for PDUs; print this page as a reminder if needed.

You will need the following information to file for PDUs:

Title of Program (1 PDU)  or Miniworkshop (2PDUs):

Activity Date:

PDUs Earned (select one):  1   or   2

Category Type: 3

PMI Component Number and Name: C061, Austin Chapter

This course met all of its stated objectives (select one):  
     ___ - Strongly Agree
     ___ - Agree  
     ___ - Somewhat Agree 
     ___ - Somewhat Disagree
     ___ - Strongly Disagree

After attending a presentation, follow the directions below to file for PDUs:
 
1) Go to
www.pmi.org 

     - Under "Career Development", select "Certification and Credentials", then “CCR Reporting Forms".     - Click on "Claim/View PDUs." in first paragraph text. ORGo to http://www.occe.ou.edu/aia/pmi/PDUlogin.php3

2) Login using PMI ID and PMP number and Password (last 4 letters of your last name)

3) Ensure “PMI PDU Self Report Form” is checked prior to login

Under What Activity do you wish to claim?, do the following:
4) Select “Category 3” at Option 2, and type the component name in provider area (“Austin Chapter”).

5) Click on 1 or 2 PDU event

6) Fill in the form including the title of the event.

7) Make sure you click on the “I agree” checkbox!
