Chapter Refund Policy

Monthly Chapter Meeting
The PMI Austin Chapter will reimburse Meeting Fees due to Cancellation of a paid meeting registration if the meeting attendee is unable to attend the meeting and a request is made per established policy.  A processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.

5.1.1  Requests for refund must be received 24 hours prior to the meeting at 6:00PM.

5.1.2  Requests for refunds made less than 24 hours prior to this time will not be refunded. A $5.00 charge will be assessed and deducted from the refund for each paid meeting cancellation that is eligible for refund.

PDD – Professional Development Day
The PMI Austin Chapter will reimburse PDD Fees due to Cancellation of a paid event registration if the meeting attendee is unable to attend the event and a request is made per established policy.  A processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.

5.1.3  Requests for refund must be received 6 days prior to the meeting at 6:00PM.

5.1.4  Requests for refunds made less than 6 days prior to this time will not be refunded. A $25.00 charge will be assessed for each paid event registration cancellation that is eligible for refund. 2008 policy is as stated on registration: If you are unable to attend, cancellations will be accepted until midnight on Friday, October 3, 2008.  Cancel by sending an email to pdd@austinpmi.org. Refund Policy:  A $25.00 handling fee will be charged and deducted from the refund for all PDD cancellation refunds.  Refunds will be made by check and sent to the address indicated below.                                               

LIG – Local Interest Groups
The PMI Austin Chapter will reimburse LIG Meeting Fees due to Cancellation of a paid meting registration if the meeting attendee is unable to attend the meeting and a request is made per established policy.  A processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.

5.1.5  Requests for refund must be received 24 hours prior to the meeting at 6:00PM.

5.1.6  Requests for refunds made less than 24 hours prior to this time will not be refunded. A $3.00 charge will be assessed for each paid meeting cancellation that is eligible for refund and deducted from the refund.
